Sterling Blue Construction LLC was founded with a simple belief: homeowners in the Triangle deserve a contractor they can actually trust. Too many homeowners have been burned by companies that over-promise and under-deliver — showing up late, cutting corners, and leaving behind unfinished work.
We started Sterling Blue to be the opposite. Every project we take on gets our full attention, from the initial consultation through the final walk-through. We treat your home like it's our own, because our reputation depends on it — and in a word-of-mouth business, reputation is everything.

On the deck side, we design and build custom decks, screened porches, and covered outdoor areas that transform how you use your backyard. Whether it's a simple ground-level platform or a multi-level entertainment deck with built-in seating, we handle design, permitting, and construction.
Below your home, we provide comprehensive crawl space services — encapsulation, vapor barrier installation, insulation, structural repair, and mold remediation. North Carolina's humidity makes crawl space care essential, not optional. We protect your foundation so it protects your home.
